Order Process & QuotationsAll custom orders begin with a consultation and a formal quotation.Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.A Production Agreement, detailing final specifications, pricing, and timelines, must be signed before manufacturing begins.
Payment TermsStandard Customization (on blank garments)
Orders below 50 pieces require 100% full payment upfront before production commences.Full Custom Manufacturing (from scratch): A 50% deposit is required to initiate production. The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before the order is shipped.We reserve the right to withhold shipment until full and final payment is received.
Refund & Cancellation Policy Customized Products
All sales are final for customized products. This includes, but is not limited to, garments with client-provided logos, designs, or full custom creations. Due to the bespoke nature of these items, returns, exchanges, or refunds are strictly not accepted once production has begun.Order Cancellation: Orders may only be cancelled with written consent from our company. If an order is cancelled after the deposit has been paid but before production has started, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the deposit may be charged to cover administrative and sampling costs. Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, and the deposit is non-refundable.
Shipping & DeliveryShipping Costs
The customer is solely responsible for all shipping and freight charges. These costs are not included in our product quotations.Shipping Methods: We offer both Air Freight (approx. 1 week) and Sea Freight (approx. 3 weeks) options. The chosen method will influence the final shipping cost.Delivery Timeline: All provided production and delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)Custom Decoration
The MOQ for adding designs to our blank garments is 10 pieces. Mixing colors and sizes within this MOQ is permitted.Full Custom Manufacturing: The MOQ for fully custom apparel starts from 30-50 pieces, depending on the style and size range complexity.
Product Development & Sampling
Our professional team provides sampling and product development services.Sampling costs (including fabric and labor) are separate from the bulk order cost and must be paid prior to sample creation.
Intellectual Property
The client guarantees that all provided designs, logos, and concepts are their own intellectual property or that they have secured the necessary rights for reproduction. We are not liable for any copyright or trademark infringement claims arising from client-provided assets.
Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
