Quotation Evaluation

-Fabric procurement cost, process processing fee (priced by complexity tier, e.g., unit price difference between heat transfer printing and embroidery),

-Custom pattern-making fee (if mold development is required), quality control & packaging fees; specify quotation validity (7 calendar days, updated with fabric market fluctuations)

Design Rendering

-Visual Scheme Confirmation

-Based on pattern, position, and process, supplement professional standards

-Deliver a vector-format customization design scheme, including: precise pattern size marking, texture simulation previews (e.g., screen printing colorfastness effect, embroidery stitch density visualization), multi-angle displays

Manufacturing & Production

-Based on production time, supplement professional management

-First, produce 1-2 pre-production samples, and confirm style fit, process implementation effect, and material matching with the client

-Start mass production post sample confirmation, and define lead times by order volumeand provide a progress update service (daily/weekly)

Finished Production & Delivery

-Based on the express tracking number, supplement professional delivery arrangements

-Complete full finished product inspection (issue a Pass Rate Report, defect rate ≤0.5%), and execute packaging per requirements (e.g., brand-logo waterproof bags, classified packing for workwear)

-Confirm the logistics solution (premium express / economic land transport) with the client, and share the tracking number & link;
