A: The MOQ for adding your custom designs or logos to our blank garments is 10 pieces. You can mix sizes and colors within this order.

 

2. Q: Is pricing flexible for logo/design orders?
A: Yes, absolutely. Our pricing operates on a tiered system. The more items you order, the lower the price per piece becomes.

 

3. Q: What is the MOQ for a fully custom, from-scratch sewing service?
A: The MOQ for our fully custom manufacturing service (creating a new garment from scratch) ranges from 30 to 50 pieces. The exact quantity depends on the complexity of the style and the size range required.

 

4. Q: How is pricing determined for fully custom orders?
A: Pricing for fully custom items is highly specific to your design, materials, and complexity. Please contact us directly via private message with your detailed requirements for a personalized quote.

 

5. Q: What are the shipping options and costs?
A: We offer both air freight and sea freight shipping services. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs. We do not offer free shipping.

• Air Freight: Typically arrives within approximately 1 week.

• Sea Freight: Typically arrives within approximately 3 weeks.
  The final shipping cost will be calculated and confirmed with you before your order is finalized.

 

6. Q: Can I really mix colors and sizes in one order?
A: Yes! For our standard custom decoration orders (MOQ 10 pieces), you are welcome to mix different colors and sizes to meet your needs.
