3. 📍GENERAL TERMS
3.1 Customs & Duties

We declare goods as "commercial samples" or "apparel products" with actual value to comply with customs regulations. For specific duty rates, check your local customs authority’s guidelines.
3.2 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 working days (retail) or 5-15 working days (wholesale) after payment confirmation.

Processing time may be extended during peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas) or for custom apparel orders (e.g., printed/embroidered designs).
3.3 Tracking & Notification
